With over three decades of experience spanning private and public sector, Dr Sindi Moolman is a seasoned professional renowned for her expertise in financial management, audit, fraud examination and fraud risk assessment. Holding certifications as a Certified Fraud Examiner, she stands as a beacon of excellence.

Dr Moolman’s educational journey includes a PhD in Accounting Sciences, Master of Public Management, Master of Commerce, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Investigative and Forensic accounting, providing her with a solid foundation to navigate the complexities of financial and forensic accounting in today's business landscape.

Since her career inception in the early 1990s, Dr Moolman left an indelible mark on every organisation she has served, operating across the private sector, public sector entities and national government departments. Her extensive experience has seen her assume pivotal roles such as Director: Financial Administration, Chief Director: Financial Accounting and the Head of the Enforcement in various government departments.

In each capacity, Dr Moolman demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic acumen, and a commitment to excellence. As the Chief Director and Head of Enforcement, she has played a key role in shaping financial management frameworks, implementing robust controls, and driving a culture of integrity and compliance within public institutions.

Whilst holding the above roles, Dr Moolman has provided strategic guidance and oversight, ensuring sound financial management, safeguarding government departments against emerging financial risks and ensuring resilience in the face of uncertainty. Dr Moolman is contributing to her profession and community through continuous mentorship, teaching at tertiary level and knowledge sharing.
